The Manitoba Council for Exceptional Children is divided into three geographical Chapters. All members of the MCEC are also members of the Chapter in which they reside.
These Chapters are:
Metro-Winnipeg
Northern
Westman Parkland/BU
We also have Student Chapters at the University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg.
